Numbered recipe of shu puer made with leaves harvested in Menhai district. It is noteworthy that for this brand, unlike many other Yunnan factories, production of tea in a shape of pancake is more likely an exception, since the main production are nests (another name: tuo cha) of different weights.
But, how you may see, Xia Guan can produce such tea too, moreover, it is very affordable.
Taste is saturated, without excessive harshness - coffee, prunes and aftertaste, which might be described with the word “earthy”. It is eaasy and pleasant to drink, there are not unpleasant shades.
