Clay source: The original descending slope clay comes from the shallow surface layer, and is a symbiotic ore of duan clay, red clay and a little purple clay. It is layered and granular, and more difficult to make than purple clay. The color of the finished product is not fixed, different layers of ore and firing temperature will affect the final color.

How to open a new teapot

Step 1: Rinse the teapot inside and out with cold water.

Step 2: Place the lid and body of the pot separately in a pan without any traces of oil, add water that cover the teapot, bring to the boil and keep for ten minutes for the water to cool, remove and leave to dry.
