The owners of a young, but very promising tea factory, Ji Bian, decided to take on a rather unusual type of activity for a company from the Yunnan province: the production of oolongs, but not ordinary ones - those that quality is more than comparable to the best (and we’re not afraid to metion here word "elite") sorts from the island of Taiwan.
The fact is that the type of soil, the climate, and the altitude above sea level in the area near the city of Tengchong (where the company is based) quite allows to grow the oolong tea bushes, which provide tae raw of excellent quality. The company's products are certified for compliance with EU standards and deserved the right to be called "organic". The leaves for the production of this kind of oolong were harvested from trees growing at an altitude of 2300 meters above sea level.
Basic shades of taste: floral, vanilla aftertaste with refreshing sweet-herbaceous aftertaste.
