Raw (sheng) pu-erh tea is a kind of pu-erh tea that is made from non-fermented large green tea leaves that were picked, roasted, sun-dried and then steamed for being compressed into round disks called cakes.
A raw pu-erh tea from Shunag tian tea industry,puerh cake is clear, tea leaves are not very tight so it is easy to take out,dried puerh tea has a floral fragrance, this puer tea have a well transform process since tea has been storing well for a long while, so its tea soup is almost red color, very clean, and a brisk and fresh taste.
How to brew Puer Tea?
Warm up the tea pot with boiling water, put about 5-8g pu-erh tea loose leaf, swirl and discard the water. This helps to damp tea leaves, wash and help them to start steeping.
After that pour 8 fl.oz of boiling water that about 90-95ºC (195-205ºF) and cover tea pot for 2-4 minutes, and then enjoy it!
Note: Don't allow the tea leaves in your teapot continue to steep.
