Raw (sheng) pu-erh tea is a kind of pu-erh tea that is made from non-fermented large green tea leaves that were picked, roasted, sun-dried and then steamed for being compressed into round disks called cakes.
Haiwan 7548 sheng Pu-erh tea, tea leaf is uniform and stout, well dried, without impurities, puerh pancake includes many baihao, when pour hot water into teapot, there is a hint of sweet orchid and smoky aroma exudes out, bright yellow color tea soup, smells fresh as green tea, tastes slight bitterness, and then fresh and sweet, smooth, fruity flavor.
How to brew Puer Tea?
Warm up the tea pot with boiling water, put about 5-8g pu-erh tea loose leaf, swirl and discard the water. This helps to damp tea leaves, wash and help them to start steeping.
After that pour 8 fl.oz of boiling water that about 90-95ºC (195-205ºF) and cover tea pot for 2-4 minutes, and then enjoy it!
Note: Don't allow the tea leaves in your teapot continue to steep.
