Raw (sheng) pu-erh tea is a kind of pu-erh tea that is made from non-fermented large green tea leaves that were picked, roasted, sun-dried and then steamed for being compressed into round shape called Tuocha.
Tulin Pu-erh Tuocha, it has a tight shape, dried tea has a high smoky flavor, bright yellow tea soup, high aroma and tastes brisk and fresh, with a hint of plum aroma, a little bitter, since this tulin pu-erh tuocha was storing for a long time, so its turns more mellow than before, huigan under tongue, sweet aftertaste, tea bottom is complete.
How to brew Puer Tea?
Warm up the tea pot with boiling water, put about 5-8g pu-erh tea loose leaf, swirl and discard the water. This helps to damp tea leaves, wash and help them to start steeping.
After that pour 8 fl.oz of boiling water that about 90-95ºC (195-205ºF) and cover tea pot for 2-4 minutes, and then enjoy it!
Note: Don't allow the tea leaves in your teapot continue to steep.
