Haiwan 9948 is a classic puer tea of Haiwan tea industry, it is a puer cake which combined a few types of raw material.
Dried tea has a elegant orchird aroma, with a honey scent, there is a slight bitterness burst out when wash tea, orange color tea infusion, bright and clean, tastes, mellow and smooth, it seems a mild bean's notes, gentle bitterness, sweet aftertaste.
Brewing Guide:
Add 1 tbsp (8g) tea per 8 ounces water into a small gaiwan or teapot.
Use 200°F water
Briefly rinse leaves. Decant and discard this infusion.
Add water and infuse for 30 seconds
Repeat for another 10 infusions. Increase the steeping time by 5-10 seconds with each additional infusion.
