How to brew Long Jing tea?
Warm up the teapot with boiling water, put about 1-2 Tsp dragon well tea, pour a small amount of boiling water into the teapot and immediately pour out. This helps to damp tea leaves, wash and help them to start steeping.
After that pour 8 fl.oz of boiling water that is about 80-85°C (175-185°F) and cover the teapot for 2-4 minutes before serving.
Long Jing tea waterhas the most beautiful golden color. It has a very light mellow flavor - very good, smooth and easy to drink, very refreshing every morning, also you can add some mint or an ice cube, it is a very delicately flavored tea that needs to be sipped mindfully to be appreciated.
